MES Autoclaves are designed for steam pressure sterilisation, media preparation,
waste destruction etc. Modern styling and materials have been used in the construction to ensure ease of maintenance, operation and user safety.
Sizes and specifications:
Product Features:
-Microprocessor control technology with touch pad
-Display of dynamic sterilising process graph with LED display of chamber temperature
-Equipped with sterilising programs of unpacked instrument, instrument parcel, dressing, rubber and fluid medium
- Dynamic pulsatingexhaust function
- Built in water tank, steam and water circulation
Controls:
Pressure and temperature is controlled by a digital set point, digital temperature indicating microprocessor controller. A pressure gauge registers chamber pressure. Heating is by immersion elements in the base of the vessel and only a small amount of water is required, resulting in fast heat up times. An electric low water switch will protect the element and turn off power should the
water level be below the required level. The electrical supply required is either 15AMP
or 20AMP single or two phase, which may be plugged or hard wired directly to electrical supply.
Questions:
It is important for us to get a good understanding of what you will be sterilising so that we can ensure your laboratory steam steriliser is configured correctly to perform the duties that you require of it. Some of the more important things to consider are:
- Will you be sterilising liquids? If so, what volume and in open or closed vessels?
- Will you be sterilising porous loads, e.g. clothing or waste goods?
- Do you require items to come out of the steriliser dry – e.g clothing or instruments?
- Are you sterilising, decontaminating, or both?
